The vision at Blessed Carlo Acutis is about creating a community that is faith centred and supportive of reaching our true potential. We create opportunities for our young people through a curriculum which inspires and challenges, along with an enrichment programme which develops the whole person in the image of God.
We strive each day to embed and live out our values of Responsus, Respicio and Perserverantia. Through these values, we give our young people the tools to be model citizens, giving back positively to their community.
As part of the St Joseph’s Catholic Multi Academy Trust, our strength lies in being part of a team. Bringing parents and carers into that team so that we can, as one true community, build a school that Runcorn can be proud of is my mission.
Ultimately, as a unique faith school, we offer a very special, caring, yet demanding educational experience that cannot be gained anywhere else in Runcorn.
I am proud to lead a team of staff who have the foundations of inclusion at the heart of every interaction they have with our students. Together, we aim to be inclusive in every decision we make. It was an honour to see this being recognised by the SIAMs inspection team: ‘The celebration of individuality is life-affirming’.
It is a privilege to lead Blessed Carlo Acutis, and I am proud to serve the community around us. Together, we can achieve great things.
