Thanks to the affordable facility hire costs we have been able to provide these services at a low cost ensuring maximum participation in the community. Our services have included holiday camps ranging from football, multi sports to gymnastics. We also hire the facility of a Thursday evening to deliver a futsal academy. Children ranging from 4 – 12 years old participate in our clubs with a lot of parents also very supportive of the affordable services that we offer. In my opinion this provides both Coaching Connexions & Blessed Carlo Acutis Academy with an excellent reputation in the local community. We can only hope that this continues to be the case for many years to come.”

“I have run my taekwondo club from Blessed Carlo Acutis well before the new facility were built over 5 years ago. Once the new facility was up and running, I moved both of my sessions to Blessed Carlo Acutis Academy, as the cost & venue were very good. This facility provides myself and students a very high quality facility, with well lit car parking and is very clean and safe. My main contact with the school has been through, the facilities manager Michelle Craven who I’ve always found very helpful and accommodating to myself and members. The dance studio we use, twice a week helps me to supply high quality of Taekwondo tuition in a light and airy room. Thanks to the affordable hire costs I have been able to provide and build a very well attended class for the local community. Our service provides a safe environment for members to participate in a hobby/interest/sport of the Martial Art of TAEKWONDO. This Martial Art encourages students young, old & families to interact together whilst learning new skills, such as:- self-defence, improving Flexibility, Co-ordination, balance, fitness, confidence and is all delivered in a structured & disciplined way by myself Mr Jason Rodd 4th Dan TAGB Instructor.
In my opinion this facility has helped me attract more members to our club & one or two of them are also students at Blessed Carlo Acutis Academy. We can only hope that we can continue to deliver our very popular Taekwondo School at these facilities for many years to come.”

“Ability Links is an inclusive sports project aimed at 7- 11 year olds which focuses on giving young people the chance to participate in sport. We offer a variety of sports and games which showcase the fantastic facilities available at Blessed Carlo Acutis Academy including more diverse opportunities such as kin ball and wheelchair sports. The club typically caters for between 10- 15 students every Sunday. Many of the students have SEN and a variety of complex needs can be accommodated by the experienced staff who offer opportunities to participate which are tailored to the individual needs of the young people. The club has also provided opportunities for some older SEN students to get involved in helping to run sessions under supervision. We chose Blessed Carlo Acutis Academy to run Ability Links due to the fantastic facilities. The sports hall is a generous size and the ample changing and toilet facilities are in close proximity. The facility staff that open up for us are always professional and cant do enough to help; even contributing to setting up for sessions on occasion.
The young people at Ability Links love the sessions and we appreciate that they would not be possible without the support of such a fantastic facility and its staff.”

“Halton netball club have been using Blessed Carlo Acutis school since the opening of the new sports facilities. It has great lighting, great acoustics, a viewing area for our fans and a full size netball court with enough run off so that we can play at a high level within the regional league. We have the option of using the outdoor courts during the summer and saving some money. The girls love coming here because of its central location to us all from all over Runcorn and Halton and because it’s private to us. The cost is affordable for us and the staff are brilliant and helpful and always go the extra mile to provide us with anything we need. They are what really makes it special. It feels like home to us and we feel wanted and valued as a club and a sport. We love it!!!!”
