Our current catering provider is Caterlink. Caterlink are education catering specialists and solely focus on primary, secondary and college clients across the country and they promote that healthy eating is at the very heart of their approach to food. A few facts about them:
- Committed to sourcing ingredients from local and regional suppliers
- Use produce with high standards of animal welfare e.g. red tractor meant, RSPCA assured free range eggs
- Marine Stewardship approved (MSC) fish
- Range of fair trade produce
They promote menus that are well balanced and focus on great value and healthy options. Some of the concepts reflect high street food offers such as street food and peckish and favourites like fish and chips. These are reflected in the menus below:
